If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact support to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the items in the original shipping box. Ensure leather hides are rolled, not folded, to prevent permanent creasing.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
